FAQs

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on the product and is shown on each product page. It's counted in business days (weekends and statutory holidays don't count) and starts once you approve your proof. Need it sooner? Contact us before you order. Rush options may be available and rush fees may apply.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Every order gets a digital proof before printing that shows your layout, cut lines and any finishes you've chosen. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

If you'd like a physical sample, contact us before you order and we'll let you know what's possible for your product. Sample print fees may apply.

We also have samples of past projects at our Markham shop that you're welcome to take with you.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Ontario, standard shipping (2-3 business days) is $25 and express (1 business day) is $45. Orders of $250 or more ship free within Ontario. Elsewhere in Canada, standard shipping (3-9 business days) is $50.

Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, and local pickup from our Markham shop is always free.

Do you offer same-day pickup or shipping?

Every order is printed after you approve your proof, so same-day isn't our standard turnaround. If you're in a rush, contact us before you order and we'll let you know what's possible. Rush fees may apply.

Pickup from 325 Don Park Road, Markham is always free. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready. Our fastest shipping option is express, 1 business day within Ontario.

How do I check my order status?

Call us at 905-205-2621 or email info@peakprint.ca with your order number and we'll give you an update.

Do you offer design service?

Yes, for print orders placed with us. Whether you need your file set up for print or new artwork created, design help is quoted per project. We don't offer design on its own. Send us a quote request with what you have in mind and we'll get back to you.
