Shipping policy
Where we ship
Orders placed on peakprint.ca ship anywhere in Canada. If you're outside Canada, we can still take your order as a custom order so shipping and any other fees are covered. Contact us or request a quote to get started.
Processing and turnaround
After you place your order, we email you a digital proof within 24 business hours. Production starts once you approve your proof. Turnaround times are listed in business days on each product page and don't include weekends or statutory holidays, when we're closed. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Rush orders
Rush options may be available depending on the product. Contact our customer service team before you order to check what's possible. Rush fees may apply depending on the timeline and the order.
Shipping costs
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available at 325 Don Park Road, Markham, Ontario. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away so we can try to update it before your order ships.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service team at info@peakprint.ca within 2 weeks of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the package and the damage, and we'll work with you to sort it out.
